Orders & Payments

  • Which payment methods are accepted? We accept all common credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, as well as other secure payment options displayed to you directly at checkout.

  • Can I change or cancel my order? Changes or cancellations are possible as long as the order has not yet been processed. Our daily order cut-off is at 8:00 PM (GMT+1). Please contact us immediately at info@harunouta.com.

Shipping & Delivery

  • What are the shipping costs? We offer free standard shipping for all orders within Switzerland, Canada, and Poland (CHF 0.00).

  • How long does delivery take? The processing time is 1–3 business days. The estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days. Overall, you can expect delivery within 8–13 business days.

  • How can I track my shipment? Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can check the status online at any time.

Returns & Refunds

  • How long do I have to return an item? We offer a voluntary return policy of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

  • How do I start a return? Please contact us in advance at info@harunouta.com. Do not send goods to the administrative address in Canada, as this is not a returns center. We will provide you with the correct return address after review.

  • Who pays for return shipping? If you simply do not like the product, the customer bears the cost of return shipping. If a product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we cover the costs.

  • When will I receive my refund? After receiving and inspecting your return, the refund will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Warranty & Contact

  • What should I do if the goods are damaged? Please check your package upon receipt. If an item is damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage at info@harunouta.com.
